We purchased our Starlink in France, but due to the war and difficult circumstances, we have returned to Ukraine.
We kindly ask you to change our Service Address from France to Ukraine and enable the Starlink service for use in Ukraine.
We are currently experiencing a critical technical issue: our Starlink dish reports that its software/firmware is outdated and it cannot connect to the satellites. Because of this, the dish is unable to download the required update itself.
Could you please prioritize and push the latest software/firmware update directly to our Starlink dish so that it can establish a satellite connection and become operational?
We guarantee that the Starlink dish will be powered on and positioned with a clear view of the sky before September 1, 2026, so it will be ready to receive the update and connect to the Starlink network.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could prioritize this request and remotely push the necessary update to our dish as soon as possible.
Please also confirm whether you can update the Service Address to Ukraine and activate the service at our current location.
Due to the ongoing war in Ukraine, reliable internet connectivity is extremely important for us. We would sincerely appreciate your urgent assistance.
